Recruitment Associate

iSmile Technologies is seeking a motivated accounting intern who is ready to apply knowledge of financial terms and principles to an authentic real-world experience. The intern will assist with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied accounting activities. This is an exciting opportunity for any student pursuing a career in finance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various job portals
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Building strong candidate pool
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone & video app)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements

  • Proven 2 to 5 years of work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Good decision making skills
