E-commerce bots foster the purchasing industry, which is striving for automation. The major challenge in this project is how efficiently the bot can persuade the user to buy the product. We are trying to use NLP to assign some sales manager functions to bots. As a step towards it, we found some underlying relations between various factors a customer contemplates while purchasing a product. We are analyzing the buying patterns of users and trying to apply various machine learning models for better understanding. Alongside we are doing collaborative learning on how to build a chatbot in AWS using Lex. Our future goals include building a machine learning model based on NLP, which results in good interactive customer experience with the bot. We aim to integrate this product with client websites to reduce the bulk load on managers.
