The vision of the product is to develop a chatbot to work as a CRM model which will be used by the client company to influence its potential customers into real customers.
The goal of this project is to minimize the human intervention and develop the chatbot so accurate with the real world by building it with surplus amount of dialogues and intent so that it fulfils the queries of the potential customers and targets the correct area to influence
The technology to be used to develop the chatbot is AWS Lex and AWS Lambda. Being a robust cloud platform, AWS is widely accepted in multiple companies across the globe and also its very easy to integrate with not only client websites but also has the ability to be integrated to Facebook messengers, slack etc.
Avoid delays and reduce the extra resources used.
The bot needs to respond to anything other than utterances that is not mentioned in Lex using the lambda function. Once user click on anyone product which they want its show multimedia for product description
