- Own strategies, execution and optimization of our lead generation & lead nurturing goals through email campaigns, webinar, content marketing, paid media and social media channels.
- Convert targeted prospects through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content offers.
- Conduct a range of market research activities to better identify target audiences and attract them through compelling content across the appropriate channels, using a variety of tools like SemRush, Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot.
- Use CRO tools for AB testing, heatmaps, sessions recordings, surveys, etc to analyze website traffic to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion rate
- Design and execute marketing programs to engage and influence target markets.
- Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high quality leads.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign and program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement.
- Own strategies and execution to grows our social media user engagement, followers across social media platform including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, specifically working on digital marketing programs generating leads and results for IT software and services
- Experience in US market will be preferred
- Prior experience in lead generation specially from inbound marketing
- Experience working with SEO and PPC tools (i.e. SemRush, AHREFS, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with HubSpot
- Experience working with CRO tools (i.e. Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO)
- Working knowledge of HTML and popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Understands metrics including ROAS, CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns
