As many of you may have been noticing, iSmile Technologies is now ISmile Technologies!
This change is to signify a major milestone in our journey, providing an opportunity to reminisce our vision at the beginning of this journey & reflect on everything that we aspire to become as we move forward into an exciting future.
What started with a passion to be an integral part of the rapidly evolving SaaS landscape in 2009, (before SaaS was even commonly known as SaaS), we soon established ourselves as iSmile Technologies in 2011. Since then, the growth we have seen with our partners & clients was indeed unprecedented. Coincidentally marking our 10 years anniversary, we now boast labels such as “Chicagoland’s trusted technology advisor and key implementation partner for companies looking to adopt disruptive technologies”.
We are now taking the opportunity to evolve our brand in order to streamline the breadth of expertise that we span, to align with our refined mission and value proposition while staying true to our core vision & values. Our streamlined delivery models are built on more than a decade of experience serving diverse industries, and resolving complex technology implementations, using informed industry best practices, backed by augmented ongoing support and education, ensuring customer mission success.
Over the last few months, we have poured our souls into creating a new image that would accurately depict who we are, at our core as a team. We have a swagger, but we’re humble – Today we are tenfold bigger, but only thanks to our ISmile family that consists of our Team that spans deep expertise across niche skillsets and our long-term, yet evolving client portfolio. We have always strived to create a company that empowers individuals and teams to do their best work, based on trust, integrity, and transparency. Our people are our backbone, we are continuously building on our deep experience in Enterprise, DevOps, Cloud, Data & Analytics, by expanding on our silver & gold partnerships with all major platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

However, internally we are anything but divided. This may be the most significant value that makes our approach to this business significantly different than most others. We have made it our purpose to grow with intention. We, as a team of driven, like-minded, enthusiastic professionals, now empowered by this new structure will maximize results to enable our organization’s success!

Our Improvised Branding and Logo.
Today we will be launching our website’s new look, consistent with our improvised messaging, to now reflect our biggest asset … our niche for effective adoption of disruptive technologies.
I’m excited to walk you through the thought behind our new Logo.
ISmile’s new logo and visual identity are inspired by our core principle, of being a trusted partner to our clients.
The renewed ‘IS’ brand mark is executed in a future-forward yet timeless and sophisticated style that has weight. It incorporates the usage of squares representing stability and circular patterns representing wholeness. Together the execution represents our commitment to providing stable complete solutions.
The addition of ‘ISmile’ encompassed in a rectangle/ package makes a strong representation of our unique value proposition to deliver packaged plug & play solutions.
We chose ‘blue’ to symbolize confidence, security & strength, which transitions into ‘teal’ & ‘gray’ to reflect individuality, stability & reliability. This reflects our commitment to continuously evolve without comprising on our promise to deliver competitive excellence. In the spirit of rebranding, we commit to providing our customers with a better level of professionalism as you have always experienced.
